Pacific Wine & Food Classic features a lineup of more than 30 restaurants and food purveyors along with wine pairings and inventive libations

The event begins with a welcome cocktail made with Licor 43 upon entering, and a pour of Champagne Lanson when stepping into the breezy, shaded big tent portion of the open-air venue. Discover 100 premium wines from throughout the world, locally brewed craft beer, and a variety of freshly crafted premium cocktails by Grey Goose, Maker’s Mark, Tres Generaciones and Bacardi.

Pacific Wine & Food Classic will highlight many Southern California favorites, with an outstanding lineup of more than 30 restaurants and food purveyors. New this year, indulge in Southern California’s largest charcuterie and crudité table – clocking in at 30 feet long. This spread, courtesy of Lover’s Boards and Melissa’s Produce, will be overflowing with a vast selection of artisanal cheeses, handcrafted charcuterie, colorful crudités and a variety of fresh seasonal fruit, jams, nuts, olives, bread, crackers and other accoutrements. With edible flowers providing the finishing touch, this spread will be the ultimate pairing with Champagne Lanson or one of the many premium wines available. Adding to this feast by the sea, Chef Leo Razo, a World Champion paella chef, will be making his globally renowned giant paella on site.

Also debuting at the 2022 Pacific Wine & Food Classic is the Taco Garden, presented by featuring a smorgasbord of tacos to suit every palate. Experience taco creations from restaurants including Descanso, specializing in authentic Central Mexican street-inspired cuisine, elevated Mexican fast casual fare from Chelas Mexican Kitchen, farm-fresh Mexican inspired bites from URBANA Mexican Gastronomy, Mexico City-inspired tacos from Taco Rosa, artisanal delectable items from Puesto and authentic, modern Mexican tacos from Sol Agave.

In between bites and pours, dance at the Silent Disco by Celebrity Cruise, while sipping their great offerings from Jackson Family Wines, including La Crema Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Then wind down at the San Simeone Wine Lounge, or relax at the idyllic picnic setups with chic decor that will surround guests at the Dolce Picnic Takeover. Live music and a DJ will provide the perfect background ambiance.
